This piece is part of Anna Demidova’s Everyday Blue collection, inspired by the shifting moods of the sea. Shaped like an expressive tulip glass, it features soft, petal-like contours that echo the fluidity and spontaneity of water.

Hand-built from stoneware and finished with a deep, glossy cobalt glaze, the vessel balances organic imperfection with a vivid, almost luminous surface. Subtle sculptural irregularities reveal Anna’s intuitive approach, allowing the form to grow naturally rather than follow strict symmetry.

Bold yet serene, this object functions as both a decorative accent and a sculptural statement, embodying the collection’s blend of tactile craftsmanship and contemporary design.

Size: 13 × 13 × 16 cm

Materials: stoneware, glaze

About Ceramist Anna Demidova

Anna Demidova is a Lisbon-based ceramic artist whose work explores the interplay of texture, form, and light. With a background in interior design and photography, she sees ceramics as a meeting point of art, craft, and design.

Inspired by the meeting of land and sea, Anna captures the softness and movement of water in solid form, creating lamps, vases, and sculptural pieces that blur the line between function and art.

Guided by the philosophy of slow design, she values craftsmanship as a sensory process, shaping objects that invite touch, reflection, and connection.
