When can I expect the delivery to arrive?
Once payment is complete, your order will be gathered and prepared within 1-5 business days.
The actual collection time will be determined by the address you have selected. For orders within Europe, the delivery time typically takes up to 7 working days.
Do you acquire confirmation of shipment?
We always provide a track & trace number for your order, which will be sent to you via mail as soon as we ship it. Don't forget to have the receipt ready when the delivery arrives. Your signature is required to complete the delivery process.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within two days at levo.design.info@gmail.com. In your email, state the type of damage, including the packaging, and attach photos. We kindly ask for this information to process your request accurately. Once we have assessed the damage, we will communicate with you via email and work together to find a suitable solution.

Clean the frames by gently wiping them with a damp cloth, while the artwork should only be dusted using a duster.
