Guide Salute and Portuguese Brand Levö Release a Collection of Prints About Traveling in Lisbon
A new recommendation platform for travelers, nomads, and expats, Salute, in collaboration with the Portuguese interior design and décor brand Levö, has announced a collaboration dedicated to the diversity of experiences and a modern approach to traveling and urban living. As part of this collaboration, eight posters have been released, showcasing key locations, themes, icons, and colors of Lisbon.
The goal of the project is to introduce the platform’s and brand’s young audience to the richness of experiences and emotions that can be encountered while traveling, through conceptual design pieces.
The project features eight works, one of which serves as the main piece. The first print tells the story of an imaginary festival held in Lisbon over the course of three unforgettable days. Each day is filled with vibrant emotions, and among the “headliners” are real places from the Salute guide: fantastic beaches, parks, top restaurants, bars, and clubs.
The other posters reflect different aspects of interacting with the city. For example, in the print with the letter “S,” there is a list of tags associated with Lisbon, and the Salute Pink Lady poster is a nod to fans of the city's famous pink street. Linear prints illustrate the busiest tourist district and its organized routes. In one of the prints, people move chaotically against the backdrop of the famous Portuguese cobblestone "calçada portuguesa." The collection is rounded out by a poster featuring a bottle of orange lemonade against an orange-yellow oval, vividly capturing Lisbon’s energetic, sunny atmosphere, as well as its sunsets. The final poster, with fireworks over the Tagus River, is dedicated to the numerous festivals and celebrations characteristic of Lisbon.
